Los Angeles, CA and Miami, FL, October 29, 2001 - Lyra Studios, a developer of Internet-related entertainment properties, and OneWorld Business Development Corporation (OneWorld BDC), a leading provider of managed online entertainment services in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets, today announced an exclusive distribution license agreement for the Spanish-language edition of Lyra Studio's game Underlight®.

Under the exclusive licensing agreement, OneWorld BDC will localize, distribute and manage Underlight® in Mexico and Hispanic America. Underlight®, released in 1998, is a multi-player online roleplaying game (RPG) developed by Lyra Studios. The game focuses primarily on roleplaying, player interaction and character development. Hundreds of players simultaneously play the online game and strive to keep their characters and shared realm intact.
